Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training program uses interval training, bodyweight exercises and short-burst weight training to boost metabolism and burn fat round the clock.

Although nutrition and diet are covered, the system is, essentially, a comprehensive exercise plan.

It contains a huge number of workouts routines for introductory, intermediate and advanced levels.  This means that anyone can benefit from this plan, no matter what their level of fitness.

The program outlines a regimen of only 3 short workouts per week and includes a variety of exercises to get optimum results.  It embraces the idea that long, slow cardio is not the best way to exercise for fat loss.  Instead, it encourages short bursts of intense exercise to burn the most calories possible.
