Choosing the Right Fat Loss Program

While you should ideally have both components in a plan to lose weight, you don’t necessarily have to have an equal balance. If you really love your cardio, just two sessions of weights doing a full body workout plan will work fine.

On the other hand, if you absolutely hate cardio training, plan to do weights four days a week and make sure that you’re following a good diet.  If you do that, you can virtually almost eliminate cardio altogether, so that will make it far more easy to stick with the fat loss program.

When you enjoy the program however, then you may find you actually begin looking forward to it and being active becomes a regular part of your life.
